The interface behaviour of the Mini Controller has changed in version 1.2.2 slightly. To toggle between the main window and the Mini Controller press ctrl+cmd+Z on your keyboard or choose "Zoom" from the "Window" menu similarly to iTunes. Closing the window now just closes the window.
